Job DescriptionJob Description

Prepare food orders for the restaurant and to assure the smooth operation of the kitchen by performing the following duties:

  1. Cook French Fries and fish, as ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously, in a timely fashion;

  2. Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity;

  3. Communicate with Sandwich Makers and Cashiers in a professional manner regarding customer orders;

  4. Follow portion and quality control standards of the menu;

  5. Stock, organize, and maintain cleanliness of the “Fry Station’;

  6. Refill and filter fryers as needed with shortening and filters oil in fryers;

  7. Clean oil filtration machine; and

  8. Report any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to Shift Leader or Manager.
