Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Associate/Cashier to join our team at Vapor Station. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our shop's success by managing customer transactions, providing expert product guidance, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Provide expert advice and product knowledge to help customers choose the right vaping products.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking.
  • Stay updated on the latest vaping products, trends, and industry regulations.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to vaping product sales.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of vaping products and industry trends is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and cash handling accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement for tobacco/vaping product sales in your area.

Schedule:This position offers a part-time/full-time schedule with flexibility, including weekends and holidays as needed.
