We're thrilled to announce an opportunity for a CNC Machinist with live tooling experience to join our skilled team In this crucial role, you'll operate and oversee the CNC milling process to ensure precise and efficient production.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines with live tooling to fabricate components according to specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper performance and quality output.
• Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to verify adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including routine machine maintenance and tooling changes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in machining preferred.
• Proven experience operating CNC machines, with a focus on live tooling.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues effectively.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
