Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $24-$32 per hour, depending on experience. This is a 2nd shift position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Skilled in industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance repairs
  • Maintain and troubleshoot all production equipment within manufacturing facility
  • Manage all machine uptime and downtime
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting electrical systems and PLC's

Experience Needed:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Associates Degree or Certification in Industrial Maintenance preferred
  • Industrial maintenance experience needed
  • Strong mechanical skill-sets including pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting experience including PLC's
