We are seeking a Diesel Mechanic Supervisor to work within a massive nationwide transportation company. Looking for someone who can be relied on daily to assist in overseeing this vital shift.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to lead and mentor Technicians. Maintain shop flow.
  • Assign work to Technicians.
  • Completes all required paperwork in a timely and concise manner.
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and performs repairs and maintenance on all equipment to maximize safe and productive operations
  • Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair Suspensions
  • Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair Brake Systems
  • Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair Electrical Systems
  • Proficient in the use of Diagnostic tools with the ability to interpret and make repairs from Service Manuals
