Job DescriptionJob Description

Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis is seeking a qualified full-time Sprinter vehicle / diesel technician that would specialize on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter commercial vehicles. Technicians are responsible for performing mechanical repairs, diagnosis of all systems including electrical, and regular maintenance repairs.

We are looking for a dedicated individual that is reliable, dependable, and willing to help us take care of our customers.

Ability to flag over 200 hours per month including free healthcare & 100% paid premium for individual.

Earn up to $41.50 per flagged hour

Monday - Friday and no weekends.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:

  • Mercedes-Benz experience is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience as an automotive technician (2-4 years)
  • Above average problem solving skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Perform assigned work in a reasonable amount of time
  • Perform quality work in unity with our standards and the factory’s
  • Document all work performed
  • Be able to communicate properly with the service advisor and parts department
  • Be willing to attend paid factory training
  • Valid US Driver’s License and a clean driving record
  • High School diploma or equivalent
