100% remote, client will supply equipment, must be able to work in EST time zone

 

  • Monitor Credits workflow, compile status and work – volume reports for Mgmt.
  • Perform training with Credits team.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of policy and procedures.
  • Identify, trend and track process improvement opportunities within the Credits team and credits accounts or work queues/smartfeeds.  
  • First pass for questions from credit representatives and clients and determine what outcome is needed.
  • Work queue/SmartFeed Reconciliation – review of accounts that did not appropriately qualify for a work queue to determine root cause and resolve going forward.
  • Review credit balances to determine root causes and recommend strategies to reduce credit/refund volumes.
  • Serve as an expert resource to leadership in the decision-making process.
  • Lead for special projects. 
  • Monitor, assign and confirm completion of incoming MCX Credits email box.

·         Perform Quality Audits for Onshore Team and Super Audits for Offshore team.  Present audits to management per timeline schedule. 

·         Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

 

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Proficient in use of email and internet
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration a plus
  • Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus.
  • AR / Denials knowledge is a plus. 
  • High school diploma
