BIM Modeler

Overview:
We are seeking a talented BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting software and a passion for creating detailed models for construction projects.
Will have an electrical assessment in person for 30 minutes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed and constructible BIM models to meet delivery date estimates
- Collaborate with engineers, trades, stake holders and project managers to produce accurate and clash-free models
- Ensure that BIM models comply with project requirements and industry standards
- Assist in clash detection and coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts
Requirements:
- Ability to model electrical conduits, cable trays, devices, supports and panel types
- Being able to understand schematic packages and read electrical symbology
- Semiconductor experience is a plus
- Proficiency in AEC Software, specifically Bluebeam Revu, Revit, ACC, and NavisWorks Manage
- Strong understanding of building construction processes and terminology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Experience:
- NavisWorks: 2-3 years (Required)
- Revit: 2-3 years (Required)
- MEP Modeling: 2-3 years (Required)
- Electrical design: 1-2 years (Required)
- Electrical Schematic: 1-2 years (Required)
- Semiconductor: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bluebeam: 1 years (Preferred)
