A long-established manufacturing company in Lake Bluff, IL is looking for a CNC Machinist/Programmer to join their 1st shift team. *This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity*

Requirements of the CNC Machinist/Programmer

  • 5+ years of CNC Programming experience
  • Set-Up experience
  • Fanuc controls
  • Knowledge of Mastercam
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and utilize measuring instruments such as gages and calipers

Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist/Programmer

  • Set up, program, and run CNC 5-Axis machines
  • Select, load, and test program, modify program, and make necessary machine feed, speed, and axis point adjustments
  • Measure work piece for conformance to specification using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicator, and gages
  • Perform general machine maintenance, clean machine, and check oil and coolant levels

1st shift, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $35.00 - $45.00 an hour, based on experience
