Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Architect to join our team. As a Sr. Architect you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of architectural projects, collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create stunning and functional spaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for various architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Create architectural designs, renderings, and presentations using industry-leading software.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Review and approve construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • NCARB Certified
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architect.
  • Registered Architect and in good standing.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent design and visualization skills.
  • Experience managing and leading architectural projects.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and project team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is a plus.
