Both Full Time and Part Time Pediatric Occupational Therapists with a passion for working with infants & toddlers in their formative years. Full-time Salary: $90k-$120k + 10% performance incentives

Role Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be focusing primarily on assessments. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients with various physical, cognitive, and developmental disorders. Your role includes administering standardized tests, observing clients in different settings, and gathering detailed case histories to diagnose functional and occupational performance issues. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and provide clear, concise reports to inform intervention strategies. Additionally, you will participate in staff training to ensure best practices in assessment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of related experience preferred

  • Proof of relevant certification required (OTR/L)

  • Experience with the following assessment tools preferred, but not required: Battelle Developmental Inventory-3 and REEL 4


Basic & Physical Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites. Valid driver’s license, proof of current auto insurance, and clean driving record.

  • Ability to obtain DOJ background clearance

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write communication through computers, electronic devices, and paper means

  • Knowledgeable and skilled in computer/word processing software
