Job Description:

Join our team at Eighty Twenty Orlando and be a part of our commitment to ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. We're on the lookout for passionate individuals eager to work either in the front of the restaurant or assisting with prep and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Whether you're taking orders with a smile or crafting culinary delights in the kitchen, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to food preparation and cooking with precision and awareness.

• Follow recipe portion size standards for consistent dishes.

• Safely operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and ovens.

• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areas.

• Provide excellent customer service, handling orders, and transactions with accuracy and a positive attitude.

• Address any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency regarding menu items.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.

• Basic math skills, including the ability to accurately handle cash transactions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members.
