Scrum Master - Cybersecurity and Operational Services Team
Washington DC (Navy Yard) - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Scrum Master to join our Cybersecurity and Operational Services Team. This person will provide general agile and scrum master project management support within Cybersecurity & Operational Services (CaOS). Role will provide support to the PEO's digital transformation as a scrum master. This role utilizes agile project management practices and manages the day-to-day tasking of a government lead within PEO. This role will support scrums and agile project management within the PEO.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our cybersecurity and operational activities. Responsibilities:

Process Analysis and Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current cybersecurity and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to cybersecurity and operational performance.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and trends, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

Strategic Planning and Recommendations:
- Work closely with team leaders to understand business goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes and enhance team performance.

Project Management Support:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the cybersecurity and operational services portfolio.
- Track project milestones, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Documentation and Process Standardization:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cybersecurity and operational processes.
- Standardize procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Technical or a related field.
- Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in DoD/DON engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
- Proven experience as a Management Analyst, preferably in the cybersecurity or operational services domain.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and operational processes is a plus.
