Position Overview:

This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely.

Eastern time zone (EST) and access to transportation to the Northeastern United States for periodic team meetings or other obligations preferred.

Reporting to Project Management Leadership, the Project Manager is a highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced individual who supports global project management activities for clinical research studies. The right candidate will direct communications with study team members and collaborators to ensure study milestones and project expectations are met.  This is a highly collaborative role, and this position is expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple study stakeholders, including study cores, vendors, and study sponsors. MITRO Biotech Co., Ltd.’s acquisition of XingImaging, LLC in September 2023 brought with it an active expansion to offer early through late phase PET clinical imaging and clinical services to industry sponsors and researchers for advancement of new imaging tracers for evaluation of diagnostic indicators, disease progression, and therapeutic medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Track and report on the progress of assigned studies including budget and timelines. Manage large and/or complex studies and projects.

· Answer or triage complex study or operational questions and troubleshoot study issues as they arise.

· Serve as a trusted team leader providing operational oversight of company contracted study activities, with a focus on study metrics compiled across projects and regularly shared with leadership. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams by applying experience and expertise with the joint goal of developing or furthering company policies and processes.

· Cultivate strong relationships across clinical study ecosystem, including but not limited to study leadership, study core staff, external vendors and collaborators, and study sponsors.

· Contribute to project planning and operations, working to exchange information, solve problems, resolve conflicts, and develop workflow processes.

· Serve as the key manager of project meetings, including scheduling meetings, developing agendas and meeting materials, coordinating meeting/call speakers, circulating meeting minutes, and proactively tracking status of action items through completion.

· Function as forward-facing contact for all assigned project communications.

· Collaborate with finance team to ensure proper tracking, invoicing and reconciliation of project budgets and timelines.

· Aptitude to conduct trainings and identify project management-related training needs.

· Support structural growth of XingImaging as an evolving company through procedure creation and process improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements: 

•   Undergraduate college degree, preferably in relevant field for application to role

•   Strong background in program/project management with excellent organization, communication and leadership skills

•   A strong understanding of GDocP, GCP and other regulatory requirements for clinical trials.

•    Experience working within the clinical research field, with at least 2 years’ experience performing project management for complex initiatives.

•    Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as ability to develop processes where there is no existing roadmap.

•    Must be a self-starter able to excel independently; this is a remote position and success will be measured by timeliness of deliverables and reaching milestones.

•    Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize work at hand and manage multiple tasks to accomplish timelines.

•    Strong interpersonal and people management skills; ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with individuals of varied backgrounds.

•   Demonstrated experience with a fast-paced team environment; comfort with ambiguity and flexible about changing dynamics and priorities.

•    Ability to independently manage more than one activity with minimal oversight.

Preferred:

•    Willingness and access to transportation to the Northeastern United States for periodic team meetings or other obligations.

•    Eastern Standard time zone preferred.

•    Experience engaging with diverse research stakeholders including regulatory bodies, research vendors/collaborators, and others in a clinical research setting(s).

• Understanding of neurodegenerative disorders.
