Job DescriptionJob Description

We are a start up ABA agency committed to providing effective and ethical behavioral services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Currently, we have 2 immediate openings for ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services to children at home and in clinic after school. There are more cases available to have a full time position if you have previous experience with high-functioning teens.

We reimburse for driving between clients for drive time, and gas mileage.

Knowledge of child development, relevant previous work or RBT is a Plus

Fluency in data collection and program implementation is a must

We are seeking individuals with,

  • Direct service experience using ABA methodologies in the home, school or community setting
  • A Bachelor’s in psychology, ABA, Child Development, or related fields (or currently working toward the bachelor's degree)
  • Valid driver's license with insurance
  • A clear FBI & DOJ record, Neg TB test
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong desire to help others
  • Availability Monday - Friday afternoons or evenings with some weekend flexibility
