HVAC Sales Representative Job Summary

We are looking for an enterprising, self-starting individual to join our company as an Outside HVAC Sales Representative. As part of our team, you recognize and cultivate potential sales leads, travel to meet with prospective clients, and endeavor to transform one-off sales into lasting beneficial relationships. Your main focus will be building relationships with existing and potential customers. You use your skills in deal closing, direct sales of HVAC equipment to residential home homeowners.

HVAC Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities

  • Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one in their home
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers
  • Manage and track sales and progress in our customer relationship management software
  • Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales

HVAC Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications

  • A self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurship
  • Prior experience in sales, particularly in HVAC
  • Experience with common customer management relationship software or willing to learn
  • Understanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnel

After years of working in the HVAC industry, Yeudy Herrera realized there was a shortage of good quality service companies in the area. So with this in mind, he set out to form a company that would provide fast and reliable service with a great warranty for his customers. In late 2004 Maximum Indoor Comfort was born. The company was geared for mostly residential emergency repair services and installations.

Today, customer-centered, fast and reliable, professional service is still what defines Maximum Indoor Comfort. Our team works hard every day to improve the experience for our customers. We value and appreciate the trust placed on us by our customers Whether your project is elementary or multifaceted, we are committed to getting the job done right the first time. We have a customer-centered team that will meet the unique and specific needs of our customers who place their trust and confidence in our company. The trust placed in our team does not stop at the completion of the installation of an indoor comfort system, it continues far beyond that
