Apartment Maintenance Technicians and Handyman needed Valleywide

 

The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in apartment’s maintenance who is professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform all aspects maintenance operations.

Most of the daily responsibility will be helping with getting the units ready for move in. Light work orders and of course and safety issues we see on site like the pedestrian gate broken to the pool area etc.

 

Maintenance Responsibilities:

 

• Prepare vacant units for move in

• Perform routine repairs, including plumbing, appliance repair and install, electrical, painting, and drywall.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Prioritize and organize work orders.

Maintenance Requirements:

 

• Lift/move up to 50 pounds, work on feet for 8 hours a day

• 3-6 months of apartment maintenance or related experience, home remodeling, appliance care, painting drywall, electrical or plumbing knowledge. Once again, this is mainly helping with grounds, light work orders and Unit Turns.

• Own tools required to do this type of work a must.
