How our Baking Team team helps us serve the best biscuits and pizza:

  • Bake food items to perfection according to recipe specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with all health codes and requirements.
  • Safe knife handling skills when chopping, cutting, dicing, etc.
  • Use hand tools correctly and safely (rolling pins, whisks, mashers, scrapers or other).
  • Clean shelves, organize and remove trash, constantly maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Operate equipment safely as determined by position and OSHA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Weekend Availability
  • 18+ please. Must be 18 years old to be hired.
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 or more pounds.
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours or more).
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 100% Stand for long periods of time.
  • 75% Bend, stoop, lift and reach.
  • 75% Lift and carry racks of up to 50 pounds, up to 80 times per shift; reaching and placing items on high shelves.
  • 75% Use chemicals and cleaning materials according to safety regulations.
  • 20% Flexible in performing other related tasks designated from manager.

ESSENTIAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials and watching videos.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 16 years old to be hired, 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and
  • meet any other state qualifications.
  • Baking experience preferred
