Job DescriptionJob Description

Greenhills Bakery seeks baristas for counter service. With many loyal customers, we are busy serving coffee and tea as well as pastries, sandwiches and taking custom cake orders.

All team members share responsibility for brewing coffee, displaying pastries, rotating stock and ensuring a pleasant customer experience. Safe food handling certification is helpful.

 

  • Customer service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions
  • Beverage preparation: Grinding and brewing coffee, making specialty drinks, and decorating drinks
  • Cleanliness: Keeping work areas, seating areas, and equipment clean and sanitized
  • Cash handling: Taking payments and handling cash and credit card transactions

 

Hours of shifts are from 5:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.. Some weekend shifts may be required.
