We are hiring reliable professionals with experience in painting and construction to work for our expanding business. The ideal candidate must be skilled, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical stamina (ability to lift heavy objects as needed, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, etc.)
- Perform various construction tasks such as airless paint spraying, rolling, brushing plastering, restoring, renovating, caulking, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry.
- Use power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have basic hand tools.
- Must have logical decision-making skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must be willing and able to follow directions, processes, and instructions as provided.
