Thread Roller/Machinist - Multiple Shifts

Hatfield, PA

  • $26 to $32 per hour - based on experience plus shift premium (10%)
  • Monday through Thursday – 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Monday through Thursday - 2:30 PM to 1:30 AM
  • Monday through Friday - 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
  • Overtime available

We have been growing at an aggressive pace and are looking to grow our team Our manufacturing group is currently seeking an experienced Thread Roller/Machinist to join us at our facility in Hatfield. The primary responsibilities for this position include: reading & understanding engineering prints/specifications, setting up and manual and CNC controlled thread rollers, and using measuring devices to verify that parts comply with specifications.

Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience setting up and operating thread rollers is preferred.
  • Must be able to read and understand engineering prints/technical drawings and measure part features using micrometers, calipers, other basic hand gages, and an optical comparator.
  • Experience working with stainless, carbon steel, titanium, Inconel, and other exotic materials is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker, problem-solving skills.
  • Adequate math and analytical skills.
  • Team player / ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an asset.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
