Role and Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities This position will be tasked with performing tasks associated with the sourcing of materials and the logistics required to deliver materials to their destination. This role reports to the department head and has accountability to the team.

  • Issue and track purchase orders for sold materials
  • Keep accurate records and reconcile vendor invoices to purchase orders
  • Provide logistics partners with timely and accurate information to enable on time deliveries.
  • Reconcile transportation bills to the appropriate orders.
  • Regularly review aged payables to visibility to accounting for timely payments to vendors
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Review vendor and logistics partner performance with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on continuous improvement of the customer experience
  • Perform other sourcing and logistics related functions as directed by leadership
