Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Solar Salesmen to join our commission-
based team with the advantage of provided appointments. As a Solar Salesman,
you'll have the unique opportunity to convert these leads into successful solar
installations while enjoying competitive commission compensation.

Responsibilities:
•\tLeverage provided appointments to engage with potential customers and
showcase the benefits of solar energy.

•\tConduct thorough energy assessments and analyze utility bills to create
customized solar proposals.

•\tPresent compelling solar solutions that address customer needs, and concerns, and align with financial goals.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project installations and provide post-sale support.

Utilize CRM software to manage appointments, track progress, and fine-tune your sales strategy.

Exceed individual and team sales targets, maximizing your earnings through commission-based compensation.

Qualifications:
•\tGenuine passion for renewable energy and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.

•\tExceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with
potential customers.

•\tSelf-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

•\tBasic understanding of solar energy systems and their advantages (training will be provided).

•\tProficiency in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
