POSITION OVERVIEW:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

· Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all team members and guests.

· Maintain knowledge of menu.

· Responsible for maintaining a clean uniform

· Assist team members if needed

· Providing exceptional guest service

· Provide support to team members and promote a positive team environment.

· Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.

· Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be 18 years of age

· Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

· Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
