POSITION DESCRITION:

The Business Product Manager is the central person who integrates all the processes of the company from design, to sales to production to shipping.  We’re seeking a qualified manager who can help keep the staff motivated and united with focused goals. The manager has to have strong experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner— someone with a successful track record. The Manager must have firm but compassionate communication skills.

Objectives of this role

·         Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our brand as well as product offerings

·         Interface with head designer and owner to set all company objectives

·         Research client needs and identify how our solutions address them

·         Provide feedback and updates with regular meetings

·         Monitors market trends, conditions and prices

·         Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts

·         Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships and retention

Responsibilities

·         Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach

·         Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs

·         Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them

·         Hold regular frequent check-ins to set objectives and monitor progress

·         Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

Required skills and qualifications

·         Five or more years of experience in managing sales

·         Learn all sales platforms to execute order entry and management

·         Learn and manage website as wholesale and retail sales platform

·         Learn and interface with FAIRE sales platform

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

·         Ability to travel at least 10% of the time

Preferred skills and qualifications

·         Knowledge of Excel, MS WORD, Photoshop, Peachtree,Shopify

·         Knowledge of Social Media platforms, FB, Instagram,etc.
