Company DescriptionCoffees' Market is a prepared foods, retail, caterer with few limits. We have a business with an established record and quality reputation whose annual sales have grown by 2-4% each year for the last 13 years. We are devoted to scratch cooking and fresh ingredients and prefer working on relationships and quality of life opportunities. Of the 30 staff currently employed, 10 have been employed between 6 and 10 years. No one leaves this job unless they go to school or find a better career growth opportunity. We have talented leadership in this kitchen with no egos willing to support a team effort and share in its success and personal growth. We have a strong community presence and are strongly supported by it. This is not an opportunity where burn out should occur. Hours are flexible and usually align with daytime hours. We cater multiple large events each year. We are understated but confident and consistently over deliver.
