About the Role: The Services Partner & Product Operations team is at the forefront of driving growth for our 3rd party services partnerships through scalable, technical, and operational solutions. We develop innovative offer platforms and delivery tools that expand our media services through the customer bases of our partners. As a Program Manager II, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the best solutions for our partners and future subscribers.

We are seeking a Product Operations Program Manager to support the deployment of new features and services with third-party partners. You will be responsible for planning routes to market for new offerings, evaluating operational efficiency across existing partnership models, and supporting internal scaling efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing, will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent business development and external partners when gathering product requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to develop go-to-market plans and roadmaps for upcoming platform features.
  • Manage the roadmap for tools used to onboard and maintain partners, advocating for enhancement capabilities with stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot partner escalations and assist the broader team with platform inquiries.
  • Document reporting requirements to improve visibility into business health and platform effectiveness.
  • Lead deliverables on various projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand system architecture and identify workflow gaps.
  • Excellent influencing skills to gain alignment on solutions that benefit all involved teams.
  • Effective and clear communication as a key stakeholder in cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency in creating high-impact presentations using Keynote.
  • Passion for translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, product management, or technical operations.
  • Familiarity with API specifications and translating technical documents into real-world customer journeys.
  • Experience in creating training materials, product roadmaps, and operational launch plans.

Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience working with internal and external partners to launch high-visibility partnerships.
  • Project management experience managing external partners across an international environment.
  • Ability to communicate status updates to diverse cross-functional teams, adapting information for different audiences.
  • Capability to manage and influence without direct authority over stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong motivation and teamwork skills.
  • Good technical proficiency with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience documenting processes and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, and Keynote for final cropping, retouching, and asset management.
