Our mentorship program is designed to mentor experienced and less experienced occupational therapists to become independent problem solvers and establish the key factors in effective clinical decision making for their patients. Occupational therapy clinical directors work closely with the therapists to do look-in sessions, group meetings with teams, course work development, clinical guidelines, protocols, documentation, coding assistance and more

We want occupational therapists who are looking to sharpen their hands-on manual therapy skills and provide quality patient care. Our team of experienced therapists specialize in a variety of therapy techniques and hold advanced certifications in multiple occupational therapy specialties including; orthopedic certified specialist, vestibular specialist, and applied functional science. Cases are generally orthopedic, post-op, neuro, deconditioning and gait training. Occupational therapists are given the autonomy to determine the best course of interventions to gain effective outcomes and appropriately discharge planning.

What you will need:

• A valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of New York
• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Salary: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
