Job Summary: CNC Machinist/Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Operator to join our clients team in Lebanon, PA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in CNC mill or vertical machining or be a recent graduate from a CNC Machining School ready to hit the ground running
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with programming and foreman to prepare for upcoming jobs
  • Set up fixturing and tooling required for each job
  • Configure zeros and offsets for jobs
  • Machine parts according to order requests and job notes
  • Ensure produced work conforms to blueprints and meets specifications

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of CNC mill or vertical machining experience (or formal schooling in a related field).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Knowledge of CNC tooling and holders
  • Experience in setting up CNC tooling, fixtures, and transferring programs
  • Familiarity with editing "G" and "M" codes
  • Capability to regularly lift 10-35lbs and occasionally lift around 56-60lbs (accommodations may be made for employees with disabilities)
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
