Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to work at apartment communities in Austin, TX, and surrounding areas.
NO On-Calls & NO Weekends

 

Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:

  • Must have Maintenance Tech or related experience.
  • Must be HVAC/EPA Certified.
  • Ability to communicate well and work in a team/solo environment.
  • Knowledge in HVAC | Electrical | Plumbing | Drywall | Painting | Appliance installation Repairs

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

  • Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas
  • Successfully complete turnovers & work orders in between resident occupancy
  • Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance.
