We are a full-service IT consulting company that assists small to medium size businesses. We currently support clients globally with desktop support, server installation/maintenance, network infrastructure, cloud hosting/backups, cybersecurity services, as well as other important tasks to keep our clients up and running at optimum performance. We currently have offices in Washington State, Idaho and Oregon.

We are seeking a Systems Engineer. An ideal candidate will have great client interaction abilities along with a good base knowledge of IT systems and devices. Responsibilities include serving as an active member of the Systems Engineer team providing technical services to our clientele. This position will telecommute after your initial training has been completed (usually 1 month). Training will be both through Virtual Meetings and In Office hands on.

Vacation/Sick time begins accruing upon employment.

Health/Dental/Optical benefits are available.

Candidates will be required to sign a non-disclosure, if hired on.

A good head on their shoulders along with passion for the industry is a requirement.

Requirements for this position:

- Ability to learn quickly (be ready to give examples)
- Pride yourself on being able to fix problems on your own
- Self Motivated able to work on their own
- Candidate must have own reliable transportation at time of interview. With the ability to bring something as large as a computer and monitor to a client site once hired on
- Be able to lift 50-70 pounds safely by him/herself
- Successfully pass a background check
- Have a history of being a person people can count on
- Mature and business-orientated personality; strive to always present the best to our clients
- Hard worker with a great work ethic
- Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently
- True passion for IT

Telecommuting will be a major part of this position. You must have high speed internet and a place to conduct business while working from home.
