job Overview: As a Multifamily Leasing Agent at BAR INVEST MANAGEMENT SERVICES, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents in finding their ideal rental home, promoting property features and amenities, and guiding them through the leasing process. Your main duties will include:

  • Conducting property tours and showcasing available units to prospective tenants.
  • Answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person to provide information on available apartments and property amenities.
  • Assisting applicants through the application and leasing process, including credit checks and lease signings.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential residents.
  • Implementing marketing and advertising strategies to attract prospective tenants.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is preferred.
