RN Care Manager Details:

  • Location: Combination of remote work and home visits in the Austin, TX area
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

RN Care Manager Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $38 - $45 per hour based on experience
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

RN Care Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of pediatric members enrolled in STAR KIDS Medicaid program
  • Care Manager would be responsible to complete assessments with our members in their homes 2-3 days per week.
  • Other 2-3 days will be documentation working from home

RN Care Manager Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Texas
  • Pediatrics nursing experience required
  • Experience in hospital acute care, LTC, community clinics, or public health

RN Care Manager Preferred Qualifications:

· Behavioral health or home health background preferred

· Proficient with Microsoft programs, Outlook, Excel

· Medicaid and Medicare knowledge
