Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking BCBA's to join our team You will be working with children and families who are affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. This a great opportunity to build a career in Behavioral Analysis and work with children with special needs on the Spectrum.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Supervision to Technician's
  • Provide Family Training and Techniques to Parents
  • Create Goals and Custom Behavioral Intervention Plans
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans
  • Monitor Data and Graphs for Reliability
  • Collaborate with other Professionals including school districts on client goals and progression
  • Prepare and write clinical notes on progress with client

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Compassionate and Caring Demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and communication skills
