As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing Paid Media campaigns based on Media Plans, leveraging real-time opportunities to optimize performance. Your analytical prowess will be put to the test as you maintain regular reporting and budget tracking, analyzing campaign performance and identifying trends that will drive our success forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage Paid Media campaigns based on Media Plans and make optimizations based on real-time opportunities
  • Maintain regular reporting and budget tracking for the team, analyze campaign performance, and identify trends
  • Communicate optimization changes/course corrections made to Media Plans to both internal teams and partners
  • Measure ongoing effectiveness of campaign activities against top industry benchmarks
  • Work with team members to drive innovative approaches and stay on top of the latest industry trends and capabilities

What You Should Have

  • 1+ years experience in paid media, having developed strategy and executed campaigns across all digital paid media channels, including search, display, social, video, shopping, and native advertising 
  • Google Ads Certified (including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Measurement)
  • Excel experience; specifically building Pivot Tables.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of self-motivation and time management skills
  • We are a Hybrid organization and bring the office together on a regular basis. At this time, we are unable to offer relocation assistance.
