This position requires daily interactions with attorneys and other members of the support team in a very dynamic department.  This position will support attorneys in our West Palm Beach office.    Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Florida Registered Paralegal designation preferred. 
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting correspondence, motions, discovery, etc.
  • Experience with trial preparation
  • Scheduling and managing attorney's calendars
  • Corresponding with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters daily
  • Assisting attorneys in file management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bilingual - English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Compassion for the injured
  • Experience in personal injury (required)
  • Detail oriented self-starter
  • High energy personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Word
  • Experience in Filevine (a bonus)
