General Requirements:
Working as a Radiant Home Health Care LLC Caregiver can be a challenging and rewarding career. To become a Radiant Home Health Care LLC employee you must:
Be of eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Have an acceptable Criminal Background Check (CBC).
Have legal U.S. worker status.
Be able to lift twenty-five (25) pounds, and be physically fit (reach above the shoulders; bend forward from the waist; bend at the knees).
Have the ability to travel to the Client’s residence using personal transportation with the appropriate insurance, or reliable public transportation.
Successfully complete all Radiant Home Health Care LLC required training within one-hundred and twenty (120) days of your hire date.
Specific Duties:
Implement daily services and tasks as scheduled for each assigned Client.
Read and understand the Care Plan requirements for each Client, as well as the specific directions for providing the care.
Work independently to competently complete all Client authorized hours/tasks. Some of the tasks may include:
Housekeeping (laundry, cleaning and cooking).
Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, transferring, positioning, ambulating, self-medication assistance and eating assistance).
Transportation of the Client to and from the doctor appointments or shopping.
Companionship, games and other activities.
Look for changes in the Client's health condition, such as weakness, confusion or loss of appetite, and report the changes to your supervisor as soon as possible.
Report to your supervisor on any safety concerns or problem situations.
Respond to emergencies without direct supervision. You must be able to identify problem situations and take appropriate action.
Perform your job responsibly.
Maintain the confidential status of all Client and Radiant Home Health Care LLC information.
Complete proper documentation for services you performed and hours worked.
Any other assigned duties and tasks as required.
