My name is Heather, managing broker & co-owner of MOVE Realty on St. Pete Beach. My husband and I independently own & operate our boutique full-service brokerage. Doing business throughout St. Pete & the greater Tampa Bay area for 15+ years, we've likely crossed paths at some point. We’ve been a part of multiple brokerages over the years and experienced multiple brokerage models such as: Invite Only, Traditional Split, 100% Commission Structure, etc. However, we NEVER found a place that really felt like home. It’s no secret that agent retention is a big challenge for the real estate industry. We’ve met that challenge head on and created a model centered around our most valuable assets – our MOVE family.
