Responsible for preparing structural metal products for the paint and graphic process of new, use and wrecked fire apparatus.

Must be able to:

• Removing components from the vehicle
• Manual Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds
• Sanding and grinding metal to approved finish standards
• Applying, sanding and grinding bondo
• Operate electric buffing machines
• Must be able to apply graphics to structural metal 
• Assist all departments

Hours are Monday through Thursday 7am to 5:30pm

• Generate various correspondence letters from templates upon request, mail out and document in our Case
Management System
• Perform various types of research in Lexis Advance, Westlaw Next, Accurint, PACER and other online resources
• Oversee the processing of all requests
