At Percy, we're building new ways to help talented clinicians find meaningful careers at leading healthcare organizations in New Jersey. We're currently looking for a Senior LMFT to join a mission-driven organization focused on providing mental healthcare access for seniors.

This position is a great opportunity for an ambitious LMFT to get involved and make an impact quickly. It offers great flexibility in terms of the hourly commitment (full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service options) and is structured as a Hybrid schedule where you’d see patients in person and then complete your documentation remotely on your own time. Candidates should be comfortable working with the senior population and performing a full range of patient assessments. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work directly with seniors to improve their overall quality of life 

  • Interact with and support a passionate team of clinicians 

  • Conduct initial assessments and follow-ups

Qualifications and Skills

  • Licensed LMFT in New Jersey

  • Excited to work with the senior population
