Job DescriptionJob Description

As a Line/Prep Cook, you will play a critical role in our kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to perfection. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and consistency while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, measuring, and mixing.
  • Cook menu items according to recipes, ensuring high quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen at the start and end of service.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment (fast food experience not applicable).
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knife Skills and ability to break down a fish quickly

Compensation: $19–$21/hr plus tips
