The Oculoplastics Center, a well-established ophthalmology office, is seeking a friendly, motivated, outgoing patient coordinator to join our growing team Our office prioritizes our staff needs by encouraging a good work-life balance and a positive working environment where you will be appreciated.

If you are interested in a full time front office position in a fast pace office, working with a dynamic team providing excellent health care and customer service to all our patients, we invite you to apply to this position.

Administrative roles include:

  • Direct communication with patient
    • Coordinating general and surgical appointments
  • Verification of patient insurance and demographics
  • Assisting in both the front and back portion of the medical office with an opportunity of hands-on experience.

Qualifications: Good fit for a recent graduate of a nursing program or another health services field, including administration. Experience not necessary but willing to train the right individual.
