A leading, stable and very fast-growing company in the compliance and asset tracking industry is currently hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (C#, Node.js, React, JS, Typescript) to join their talented team of developers. This position offers competitive compensation, great benefits (including unlimited PTO, 401k with match, stock and more) and remote work.

This is a remote-work position, but minimal company-provided travel to the corporate office (less than 10%) is required occasionally for onboarding and training. Candidates must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident or Green Card holder currently living in the U.S in eastern or central time zones. No visa sponsorship now or any time in the future.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop features for new requirements and functionality
  • Review and translate business requirements/user stories into development requirements in coordination with Scrum Team activities/procedures
  • Participate in meetings with development team members to define technical approaches for established stories/designs
  • Design, develop and test software to meet requirements and design specifications in accordance with development standards and procedures
  • Maintain agile deployment/build procedures and mobile app distribution procedures
  • Participate in code reviews and training programs
  • Fix bugs and performance problems
  • Write clean, readable, and testable code, including refactoring when necessary
  • Cooperate with other developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years in full-stack web app development using all of the following: C# (.Net Core+) / Node.js / React / JavaScript / TypeScript / SQL
  • Deep understanding of Node.js (w/ yarn or NPM), browser JavaScript, and React using TypeScript
  • Experience using MongoDB (queries, indexes, aggregation) preferred
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Experience with JSON and YAML format preferred.
  • Experience with profiling and debugging Node.js apps
  • Experience writing automated tests
  • Strong knowledge of MVVM and other architectural patterns — MVP, MVC, and Clean Architecture
  • Familiarity with Git
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area preferred
  • Ability to travel to the corporate office for onboarding and training (10% or less travel)
