Generate monthly financials, perform bank reconciliatiion, prepare and post journal entries and process accounts payable. Process payroll and quarterly bonuses, track payments from hospitals, nursing homes and insurance companies. Monitor PTO to avoid negative PTO accrual. Calculate and monitor 401 K, safe harbor and profit sharing limits. Project cash flow for year end planning. Experience with Microsoft Great Plains a must and experience with Advanced MD helpful but not mandatory. This will start as an in office job but once skills have been achieved and able to work independently at a high functioning level then a hybrid positiion with 2 days a week from home would be acceptable.
