We are seeking a Residential Shift Supervisors to become a part of our team You will be responsible for one of the two shifts available (3p-11p, 11p-7a).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the work of 12+ direct support professionals
  • Plan and coordinate schedules
  • Work collaboratively with team to ensure all individual needs are being met
  • Ensure that a clean environment is maintained to promote safety of individuals
  • Establish and enforce all policies and procedures
  • monthly on-call rotation

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
