Purchasing Agent (Buyer)-Wholesale Plumbing and HVAC

Keller Supply Company, one of the Northwest’s largest plumbing and HVAC wholesalers is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Purchasing Agent (Buyer) in Williston, ND. Ideal candidate will be motivated, self-starter. No experience necessary, willing to train the right person. This position is 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday, with very little to no OT.

Duties would include but not limited to:

• Running multiple reports
• Ordering products for customers to purchase.
• Writing sales orders for over the counter and phone orders.
• Pulling orders for the customer which requires warehouse work.
• Locating new products, keeping building organized.
• Inventory control, cycle counting
• Customer deliveries (Back up delivery driver).
• Putting freight away in warehouse.
• Must be able to use computers, and follow directions.
• Back up counter person and warehouse as needed.

This is a hands-on position, and you will wear many hats. Some heavy lifting is required, must be able to go up and down ladders, repeated lifting and forklift driving also spending time doing warehouse work. (This is not a sit down all day position).

Requirements are minimum age of 21, clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test.
