Physical Therapist

Located just 3 miles from the beach, we are a successful and established outpatient practice seeking licensed physical therapists or physical therapy license applicants to join our caring and compassionate team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to provide well-rounded care
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited PT program and California licensed (or licensed applicant)
- Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or another related field
- Compliant with current patient documentation and confidentiality requirements
- Ability to interact respectfully with all team members, patients, and physicians
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish highly desirable

Hours: Office Hours 7 AM - 5 PM M-F, shifts dependent on coverage needs.
