We are seeking a skilled Painters and Prep-level workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting, new construction sites, and finishing techniques. The role involves using various hand and power tools to paint and finish different surfaces.

Duties:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting such as drywall repair, caulking, and sanding
  • Apply paint, stains, or other finishes
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete painting tasks efficiently
  • Perform door installation as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

  • Previous experience in residential painting and new construction sites preferred
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable car to get to job sites
  • Ability to communicate and work on a team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Positions:

  • Apprentice/Entry-level (case by case basis)
  • Prep-level Worker
