Job Overview:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. As an Occupational Therapist at CareBot, you will work with children to help them gain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' condition and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration
- Teach patients adaptive techniques and strategies to enhance their daily functioning
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care
- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and assistive devices

Skills:

- Knowledge of occupational health principles and practices
- Experience in critical care settings to manage complex medical conditions
- Strong case management skills to coordinate care across multiple disciplines
- Excellent patient service skills with a focus on empathy and compassion
- Ability to provide acute care interventions for immediate patient needs
- Demonstrated competence in delivering patient-centered care

Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
