Equity Apprentice

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team and become the Business Owner  You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Equity Apprentice -  Looking for a sales consultant who loves helping customers with the automotive needs.  Experience is helpful. Used Car Dealership in need of a person to take over the responsibility of day to day operations and continue leading to  business partner and then to business ownership in a 3 to 5 years. Opportunity for the right induvial.  Located in North West Iowa Great Lakes Area.
